  • J.Craig Venter

    二十一世纪基因组研究顶级科学家、美国艺术与科学院院士、美国国家科学院院士

    Venter院士是被引用文章数量最多的科学家和发表了280多篇研究论文的作者。他拥有众多荣誉学位和科学奖项,包括2008年美国国家科学奖章,2002年盖尔德纳基金会国际奖,2001年保罗欧立希和路德维希达姆施泰特奖,费萨尔国王国际奖等。

  • 陈赛娟

    中国工程院院士,发展中国家科学院院士

    陈赛娟院士现任医学基因组学国家重点实验室主任,上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院上海血液学研究所所长,国家转化医学研究中心(上海)主任。

    陈赛娟院士长期致力于血液恶性疾病发病机理与治疗研究。她率先提出并实施了白血病基因组解剖学计划,发现了一批新的白血病发病相关的突变基因与融合基因,揭示了白血病发病的新机制,为临床诊断、预后判断和靶向治疗提供了新的生物分子标志和靶标,并建立了急性髓性白血病(AML)预后相关的分子分型体系,进一步完善和丰富了白血病发病的分子机理,为制定分子靶向治疗策略提供了理论依据。以AML中的两个亚型急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)和AML-M2b以及慢粒急变为研究对象,成功地实现了APL 新型协同靶向治疗,并进一步将这一思路拓展至其他类型白血病。

  • 石远凯

    中国医学科学院肿瘤医院副院长

    石远凯教授现任国家癌症中心副主任、国家药品(抗肿瘤)临床研究中心副主任、抗肿瘤分子靶向药物临床研究北京市重点实验室主任、主任医师、博士研究生导师。担任亚洲临床肿瘤学会副主席、中国抗癌协会肿瘤临床化疗专业委员会主任委员、中国药学会抗肿瘤药物专业委员会主任委员和中国医师协会肿瘤医师分会会长等职务。

    石远凯教授长期从事恶性肿瘤的内科治疗,在淋巴瘤、肺癌、消化道癌、乳腺癌、男性泌尿生殖系统肿瘤等实体肿瘤的内科治疗方面积累了丰富的临床经验,在自体造血干细胞移植、抗肿瘤新药临床试验及其相关的转化性研究工作方面取得了突出的成绩。

  • 高宁

    清华大学生命学院研究员、博士生导师 获奖项目:蛋白质翻译调控的结构和分子机制研究

    中国电子显微镜学会第九届低温电镜专业委员会委员,中国生物物理学会生物超微结构显微成像专业委员会委员,中国生物物理学会单分子生物学分会理事。

    高宁博士在美国纽约州立大学冷冻电镜方法奠基人Joachim Frank教授的实验室获得博士学位,从2002年起从事以冷冻电镜为主要方法的结构生物学研究。作为此领域的最为优秀的青年人才之一,近五年来取得多项重大研究突破,作为通讯作者先后在Nature,Nature Structural & Molecular Biology,PloS Biol, PNAS,eLife,Nucleic Acids Research等杂志发表二十余篇研究论文。科研课题关注基础生命科学中的重大问题。在核糖体的生物生成和蛋白翻译调控领域做出了系统的重要原创贡献,揭示了病原细菌及酵母菌的多种不同于宿主细胞的特有蛋白合成、生长调控机制。

  • 黄敏

    中国科学院上海药物研究所研究员、博士生导师 获奖项目: HDAC抑制剂治疗实体瘤耐药机制和联合用药策略研究

    黄敏博士入选国家自然科学基金委首批“优秀青年科学基金”、中国科学院首批“卓越青年科学家”和上海市“浦江人才计划”;作为负责人承担科技部“重大新药创制”项目、港澳台科技合作专项项目、自然科学基金委面上项目;作为骨干参与国家重大研究计划;任《药学学报》杂志青年编委。

    黄敏博士的研究工作聚焦分子靶向抗肿瘤新药研发,挖掘经典靶点治疗潜力的同时,重点拓展至国际新兴肿瘤代谢研究方向。同步,重点针对抗肿瘤药物临床治疗的瓶颈问题,开展敏感群体探索和克服耐药策略研究。近5年,作为共同通讯作者在Cancer Cell、Cancer Res、Oncogene等杂志共发表论文9篇,应邀为Cell子刊Trend Pharmacol Sci撰写综述。

    中国科学院动物研究所研究员 获奖项目:哺乳动物单倍体干细胞研究

    李伟博士围绕哺乳动物单倍体干细胞进行了系统研究,取得了一系列突破,建立了多种新类型的哺乳动物单倍体干细胞,并开发了单倍体干细胞技术在哺乳动物基因工程和生殖发育基础研究中的应用,为生物学前沿研究提供了新工具和新理论。研究成果分别于2012年和2014年发表在Nature和Cell Stem Cell杂志上,受到国内外同行的高度评价,其中利用小鼠单倍体干细胞制备转基因动物的工作入选了2012年度“中国科学十大进展”。

  • 施一

    中国科学院微生物研究所研究员,博士生导师 获奖项目:流感和埃博拉等新生突发病毒跨种传播机制研究

    施一博士是中国科学院病原微生物与免疫学重点实验室病原感染调控与免疫识别研究组组长,新近成长起来的我国病原感染领域优秀青年科学家,入选国家自然科学基金委“优秀青年科学基金”、“中国科学院卓越青年科学家”。曾获得中科院卢嘉锡青年人才奖,中科院卓越青年科学家项目资助等。

    主要从事重要病原感染调控和免疫识别研究。主要利用结构生物学技术、细胞生物学技术等研究手段靶向病原微生物如何跨种感染宿主细胞的科学问题,揭示病原微生物如何感染宿主细胞,在细胞内部复制和组装以及宿主因子如何调控病原感染的分子机制,为抗感染药物研发提供基础。目前已在国际学术期刊发表SCI论文50余篇。

  • 王计秋

    上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院内分泌科主治医师,肥胖研究课题组组长(PI) 获奖项目:肥胖症发病机制

    医学博士,硕士生导师,国家自然基金优秀青年项目获得者。

    王计秋博士过去十年工作较为全面阐述富含亮氨酸重复序列G蛋白偶联受体4(LGR4)在肥胖发生及血压、血脂代谢紊乱中的作用和分子机制。逐步建立了完善的肥胖、代谢紊乱研究平台,及多种基因修饰小鼠模型、线虫基因沉默模型、能量代谢分析关键平台以及中枢食欲研究技术,形成“临床队列→遗传分析→功能、机制研究”的肥胖症转化研究思路,取得多项重要学术成果,发表多篇高水平SCI 论文,获得多项国家及省部级课题资助,促进了多学科发展。

  • 王秀杰

    中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所研究员 获奖项目:RNA水平干细胞多能性决定机制的多角度解析

    王秀杰博士是我国生物信息研究领域的杰出青年科学家,主要从事真核生物非编码RNA的系统发现与功能研究。她首次在单细胞生物衣藻、重要腺病毒HSV-1等物种中发现了microRNA基因的存在,成果被Nature等学术杂志推荐;发现引起心力衰竭疾病的miRNA及其作用机制,成果被Circulation Research杂志作为亮点工作进行评述;开发出GOEAST、psRobot、ISRNA等生物信息软件,并已被广泛使用。其中用来进行基因功能富集分析的软件GOEAST,自2008年发表以来已被引用305次,被美国NIH选为教学示范软件。

  • 徐健

    中科院青岛生物能源与过程研究所研究员 获奖项目: 基于微生物组的口腔健康预警:科学基础与技术平台

    微生物组领域重要期刊 mSystems 创始编委,中国微生物学会国际合作委员会委员。徐健博士2004-2008 年在华盛顿大学基因组研究院任序列组装与分析团队负责人,负责美国自然科学基金启动的首批 200 个人体肠道共生菌基因组项目; 2008 年获中科院百人计划支持并全职加入中科院青岛生物能源与过程所,任功能基因组团队负责人和生物资源中心主任; 2013 年创建单细胞研究中心并任主任,兼任研究所学术委员会主任。主要通过开发单细胞拉曼成像、分选以及拉曼组/元拉曼组等微生物细胞分析新技术,发展基于人体共生菌群的精准诊断和精准护理技术和微藻合成生物技术,揭示微生物组功能与进化机制。

    复旦大学生物医学研究院研究员、博士生导师,中国生物物理学会会员、理事 获奖项目: DNA 甲基化动态调控的结构基础

    徐彦辉博士现为国家重点研发计划( 蛋白质机器与生命过程调控) 项目首席科学家,曾获国家杰出青年科学基金,入选长江学者特聘教授、中组部青年拔尖人才等人才项目。曾获首届中国优秀青年科技奖等,谈家桢生命科学奖等奖项。在 Nature,Cell 等杂志发表通讯作者论文 20 余篇,研究成果得到国内外同行的高度认可和好评。长期从事表观遗传调控的结构生物学研究,系统的阐明了表观遗传调控蛋白的催化,底物识别和酶活性调节的分子机制,从结构生物学的角度推动了对表观遗传调控机制的深入理解。

  • 颜宁

    清华大学医学院教授,博士生导师 获奖项目:肌肉兴奋-收缩偶联的结构生物学和分子机理研究

    颜宁教授2007年受聘清华大学医学院,主要致力于重要膜蛋白的结构与功能机理研究,承担和参与多项国家自然科学基金委项目及2项科技部重大科学计划项目,并主持在研973项目1项。期间颜宁教授发表学术论文43篇,其中自2009年至今以通讯作者在Cell、Nature、Science发表学术论文16篇,取得了一系列具有国际领先水平的原创性科研成果,极大地推动了中国膜蛋白结构生物学领域的快速发展。2011年,颜宁入选自然科学基金委的杰青,2014年,颜宁教授当选教育部“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授。在国际上,颜宁教授也是我国青年科学家的杰出代表之一。

    左西年博士是国际“千人功能连接组计划(FCP)”三大计算方法学支撑人员之一,国际“重测信度与可重复性同盟(CoRR)”奠基者与总负责人,中国人脑发育常模“彩巢计划(CCNP)”发起者与负责人;现担任国际期刊《Network Neuroscience》编委成员、《ScienceBulletin》编委成员(生命科学)、《Frontiers in Neuroscience》和《Frontiers in Neurology》编委成员(脑成像方法)、《Frontiers in Psychology》编委成员(认知科学)。他围绕“人脑功能毕生发展的连接组学机制”这一关键科学问题进行研究,揭示了人脑功能连接组的“高精度中心度图谱及其神经生物学基础”和“随龄发展规律与异常机制”。

He has won many honorary degrees and scientific awards, including National Medal of Science 2008, Gairdner Foundation International Award 2002, Paul Ehrlich and Ludwig Darmstaedter Prize 2002, King Faisal International Prize, and etc.

  • Saijuan Chen

    Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Academician of Academy of Sciences for the Developing World

    Academician Chen currently is the director of State Key Laboratory of Medical Genomics of Shanghai JiaoTong University, the director of Shanghai Institute of Hematology Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to the Shanghai JiaoTong University School of Medicine, and the director of National Research Center for Translational Medicine (Shanghai).

    Academician Chen makes a long-term commitment to research on the mechanisms and therapies of malignant hematologic diseases. She has taken the lead in proposing and implementing Leukemia Genome Anatomy Project, identified serial mutation genes and fusion genes associated with pathogenesis of leukemia, and discovered new pathogenic mechanisms of leukemia, which offers new biomarkers and targets for the clinical diagnosis, prognosis evaluation and targeted therapy of leukemia. She also has established the molecular typing system for acute myelocytic leukemia (AML) prognosis, thus further improving and enriching the molecular mechanisms of pathogenesis of leukemia to provide theoretical basis for developing molecular targeted therapy strategy. By studying the two AML subtypes, acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) and AML-M2b, and the chronic myeloid leukemia blast crisis, Prof. Chen has successfully developed novel synergic targeted therapy for APL and then further applied such strategy to treatment of other types of leukemia.

  • Yuankai Shi

    Vice president of Cancer Hospital Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences

    Prof. Shi currently serves as the vice director of National Cancer Center, the vice director of National Clinical Research Center of Medicine (Anti-Tumor), the director of Beijing Key Laboratory of Clinical Study on Anticancer Molecular Targeted Drugs, chief physician, PhD supervisor. He also is the vice president of Asia Clinical Oncology Society, the Chairman of Tumor Clinical Chemotherapy Committee of Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, the Chairman of Anti-Tumor Medicine Committee of Chinese Pharmaceutical Association, and the Chairman of Oncologist Branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association.

    Prof. Shi has been long engaged in medical therapy for malignant tumors and has gained rich clinical experience in medical therapy for lymphoma, lung cancer, digestive cancer, breast cancer, and tumors of male urogenital system. He also has made great achievements in autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, clinical trials of novel antitumor drugs and its related translational research.

  • Ning Gao

    Principal investigator, PhD supervisor, School of Life Sciences, Tsinghua University Winning Project: research on the structural and molecular mechanisms of regulation of protein translation

    Member of the Ninth Cryo-Electron Microscope Committee of Chinese Association of Electron Microscope, member of the Ultrastructure Micrography Committee of the Biophysical Society of China, commissioner of the Single Molecule Biology Branch of the Biophysical Society of China.

    Dr. Gao got his PhD degree at State University of New York from the Laboratory of Prof. Joachim Frank, the founder of Cryo-Electron Microscopy. He has been engaged in the research of structural biology using cryo-electron microscopy since 2002. As one of excellent youth talents in this field, Dr. Gao has made several important scientific breakthroughs in recent five years and has published more than 20 research papers in Nature, Nature Structural & Molecular Biology, PloS Biol, PNAS, eLife, Nucleic Acids Research, and etc. as corresponding author. His research focuses on the significant problems in life sciences. He has made systematic and original contributions to the fields of ribosome biosynthesis and protein translation regulation by revealing the different mechanisms of protein synthesis and growth regulation in pathogenic bacteria and yeasts from those in host cells.

  • Min Huang

    Principal investigator, PhD supervisor, Shanghai Institute of Material Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences Winning project: research on mechanism of HDAC inhibitor managing solid tumor resistance and drug combination strategy

    Dr. Huang is one of the first awardees of ‘National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars’ of NSFC, the first awardees of ‘Outstanding Young Scientists’ of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the awardees of ‘Shanghai Pujiang Program’; as the principal investigator, Dr. Huang takes on the Significant New Drugs Development Project of MOST, the Scientific and Technological Cooperation Program for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, the Surface Project of NSFC; as a key scientist, Dr. Huang engaged in National Major Programs of China; the youth editorial board member of Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica.

    Dr. Huang’s research interest is the development of novel molecular targeted anti-tumor drugs and classic therapeutic targets. She is also interested in tumor metabolism, an internationally emerging field. She also carries out research on susceptible population and antitumor drug resistance by dealing with bottleneck problem of clinical efficacy of antitumor drugs. In recent five years, Dr. Huang has published 9 research articles in Cancer Cell, Cancer Res, Oncogene, and etc. as co-corresponding author and an invited review article in Trend Pharmacol Sci.

  • Wei Li

    Principal investigator, Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences Winning project: research on haploid embryonic stem cells in mammals

    Dr. Li has made a series of breakthroughs in research field of haploid embryonic stem cells in mammals, including establishment of several novel types of mammalian haploid embryonic stem cells and development of haploid embryonic stem cell technology and its application in genetic engineering of mammals and basic research of reproduction and development. Such achievements offer new tools and theories for cutting-edge research in biology and have been reported in Nature in 2012 and Cell Stem Cell in 2014 respectively, which are highly valued at home and abroad. Among them, the research of preparation of genetically modified animals using mouse haploid embryonic stem cells was awarded ‘Top 10 Science Advances’ in China.

  • Yi Shi

    Principal investigator, PhD supervisor, Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences Winning project: mechanistic research on interspecies transmission of novel and newly emerging viruses including influenza and Ebola viruses

    Dr. Shi is the principal investigator of Research Group of Pathogenic Infection Regulation and Immunological Recognition, CAS Key Laboratory of Pathogenic Microbiology and Immunology. He is a newly emerging excellent young scientist in the field of pathogenic infection, and has won the awards of ‘National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars’ of NSFC, the ‘Outstanding Young Scientists of CAS’, and LU JIAXI Award for Junior Scientists of CAS.

    Dr. Shi is interested in the research of pathogenic infection regulation and immunological recognition. He studies the scientific problems of how pathogenic microorganisms cross-species-infect host cells using structural biology and cell biology technology to discover the mechanism of infection, replication and assembly of pathogenic microorganisms in host cells as well as the mechanism of regulation of pathogenic infection by host factors, which provide foundations for anti-infective drug development. Dr. Shi has published over 50 SCI papers in international academic journals.

  • Jiqiu Wang

    Attending physician, Department of Endocrinology, Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to the Shanghai JiaoTong University School of Medicine, PI of Research Group of Obesity Winning Project: pathogenic mechanism of obesity

    M.D., PhD supervisor, awardee of National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars of NSFC

    Dr. Wang has fully addressed the roles of leucine-rich repeat-containing G protein-coupled receptor 4 (LGR4) in the pathogenesis of obesity, hypertension and disorders of lipid metabolism and the underlying mechanisms in the past decade. Dr. Wang Lab has gradually established the full research platform for obesity and metabolism disorder and developed several mouse models of gene modification, Nematode models for gene slicing, key platform for energy metabolism analysis and research technology for pivotal appetite, thus developing the obesity translational research strategy of “clinical cohort → genetic analysis → function and mechanism research” and made several important academic achievements and published many high-level SCI papers. He has won several national and provincial grants, facilitating the multi-disciplinary development.

  • Xiujie Wang

    Principal investigator, Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences Winning project: multi-angular analysis of mechanism of stem cell pluripotency determination at RNA level

    Dr. Wang is one of outstanding young bioinformatics scientists in China. She focuses on the systematic discovery of non-coding RNA in eukaryotes and function research. Dr. Wang for the first time has revealed the presence of microRNA in unicellular organism Chlamydomonas, and adenovirus HSV-1, which is propagandized by Nature and other academic journals; she has identified miRNAs causing heart failure and the underlying mechanism, which is highlighted by Circulation Research; she has developed many bioinformatics software including GOEAST、psRobot、ISRNA, which are widely used by researchers. Specially, GOEAST a gene enrichment analysis software, has been cited for 305 times since its first publication in 2008, and chosen as the teaching demonstration software by NIH.

  • Jian Xu

    Principal investigator, Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy and Bioprocess Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences Winning project: microbiome-based oral health warning: scientific foundation and technology platform

    Dr. Xu is the founding member of editorial board of mSystems, one of important journals in microbiome, and the member of International Cooperation Committee of Chinese Society for Microbiology. He was the leader of Sequence Assembly and Analysis Group at Genome Institute of Washington University from 2002 to 2008, and undertook the first 200 human intestinal symbiotic bacteria genome projects initiated by US National Science Foundation. In 2008, he was enlisted by CAS Hundred-Talent Program and then joined full time in Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy and Bioprocess Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS-QIBEBT) both as the leader of functional genomics group and the director of Biosource Center; he has been the founding director of Single-Cell Center from 2013 and also the director of academic board of CAS-QIBEBT. He focuses on the development of precise diagnosis and caring technology based on human symbiotic bacteria and microalgae biosynthesis technologies, and the discovery of microbiome functions and evolutionary mechanism by developing and applying novel microbiological analytical technologies including single cell Raman spectroscopy for cell sorting and imaging, Ramanome/Meta-Ramanome, and etc.

  • Yanhui Xu

    Principal investigator, PhD supervisor, Institutes of Biomedical Sciences, Fudan University, both the member and commissioner of the Biophysical Society of China Winning project: structural basis for the dynamic regulation of DNA methylation

    Dr. Xu currently serves as the principal investigator of the National Key Project of Research and Development Plan (Protein Machine and Life Process Regulation). Dr. Xu was awarded the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, Exceptional Young Talent Award of Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, Yangtze River Scholars Distinguished Professor, first Science and Technology Award for Chinese Youth, Tan Jiazhen Life Sciences Innovation Award, and etc. Dr. Xu has authored over 20 research papers in Nature, Cell and other journals as corresponding author and these research outcomes are highly valued at home and abroad. Dr. Xu has been long engaged in structural biology research of epigenetic regulation, and systematically addressed the molecular mechanisms of catalysis, substrate recognition and regulation of enzymatic activities of proteins involved in epigenetic regulation, thus driving the deep understanding of mechanisms underlying epigenetic regulation from the point of view of structural biology.

  • Nieng Yan

    Professor, PhD supervisor, School of Medicine, Tsinghua University Winning project: research on the structural biology and molecular mechanism of muscle excitation-contraction coupling

    Prof. Yan joined in the School of Medicine Tsinghua University in 2007. The Yan Lab focuses on the research of structure and functional mechanism of important membrane proteins. She has been undertaken and participated in several programs of NSFC and 2 Major Research Programs of MOST of China, and has hosted one 973 program. During the period, Prof. Yan has published 43 academic papers, among which 16 papers are in Cell, Nature and Science as corresponding authors. These original scientific outcomes reach international advanced level and greatly promote the rapid development of structural biology of membrane protein in China. Prof. Yan was awarded the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars in 2011 by NSFC, and the Yangtze River Scholars Distinguished Professor in 2014 by MOE. In the international scientific community, Prof. Yan is also regarded as one of the outstanding representatives of young Chinese scientists.

  • Xinian Zuo

    Principal investigator, Institute of Psychology, CAS, director of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Research Center Winning project: high precision human brain connectomes map and lifespan development

    Dr. Zuo is one of supporting scientists of the three computing methodologies for the International 1000 Functional Connectomes Project (FCP), both the original founder and principal of Consortium for Reliability and Reproducibility (CoRR), and both the initiator and principal of Chinese Brain Development Norm “Chinese Color Nest Project (CCNP)”. He is currently the editorial board members of Network Neuroscience, Science Bulletin (Life Sciences), Frontiers in Neuroscience Frontiers (Brain Imaging Methods), and Frontiers in Psychology (Cognitive Sciences). Dr. Zuo studies the critical scientific problems of connectomics mechanisms of human brain lifespan development and reveals the “high precision and centrality map and its neurobiological basis” and the “mechanism of development trend and abnormality with age” for human brain connectomics.
